This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Urban Smuth, a GST-registered proprietorship business operating in India.

Refunds are provided only in cases where an order is successfully cancelled as per our Cancellation Policy. Urban Smuth follows a strict No Return & No Exchange policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund is applicable only under the following conditions:

  • The order is cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of placement and before it is packed or dispatched.
  • The order is cancelled by Urban Smuth due to stock issues, payment failure, pricing errors, or operational constraints.

3. No Return or Exchange

Urban Smuth does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Refunds will not be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Size or fitting issues
  • Color or design preference
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor variation in appearance due to screen resolution

4. Refund Process

Once a cancellation request is approved:

  1. The refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
  2. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  3. Any GST charged on the cancelled order will be refunded in accordance with applicable GST laws.
